Yes, in fact everyone is allowed to publish classified ads as long as the ad is a Cadillac V-Series vehicle, part or service offering. You are not required to be a member of the Cadillac V-Club to publish a listing although non-members are required to pay a nominal fee based on the listing package type selected for their ad.
